Debbe Buckman, RN-Director of Long-Term Care
Debbe
joined The Sanders Agency located in Mishawaka in June of 2002. She graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelors
Degree in Nursing. She has been working in healthcare for 25 years as a Registered Nurse.
In
addition to her healthcare experience, Debbe has been an Insurance Specialist for the last 7 years. She has made long-term
care insurance her focus of practice. Her own personal experience with family members requiring long-term health care
has given her an appreciation of the need. She has a broad knowledge base of individual company products as well as
extensive experience in the worksite market.
Debbe
is also a certified agent through the Indiana Long-Term Care Insurance Program (Partnership Program) and has sponsored several
seminars to bring public awareness of the topic to Indiana residents. Debbe is a member of The National Association
of Financial and Insurance Advisors and the American Association for Long-Term Care Insurance.

Lisa
has been with The Sanders Agency, Inc. since 1999. She is responsible for wearing many hats around the
office. Lisa is responsible for creating this website (www.sandersagency.com). However, her main duty is to oversee the life and long-term care sides of the business. Lisa works with agents
and clients on product information, quoting, general questions about companies, and licensing. She is also a licensed
agent to sell life and health insurance as well as long-term care insurance.
